The terms governing access to and use of UncensoredView.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and UncensoredView ("UncensoredView," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of www.uncensoredview.ai, our AI image and video creation platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a paid feature, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
UncensoredView is an adult-oriented AI studio that lets eligible users generate and edit images, turn images into videos, use supported templates and models, and download generated results. Models, providers, features, availability, prices, credit costs, and usage limits may change over time.
The Service provides access to generative technology. We do not endorse, verify, or adopt user-submitted content or AI-generated output.
You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You may not access the Service where adult content or the Service is prohibited by law.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements, have the legal capacity to accept these Terms, and will comply with all applicable laws. We may use reasonable age-assurance measures and restrict access if eligibility cannot be verified.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Promptly email contact@uncensoredview.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create accounts through unauthorized automated means, impersonate another person, use another person's account without permission, share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, or create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or obtain duplicate promotions.
UncensoredView may offer free or paid plans, recurring subscriptions, usage credits, or other paid features. The price, billing cycle, included features, taxes, credit validity, and usage limits shown at checkout form part of your purchase.
By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for maintaining valid billing information.
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown during checkout until canceled. You may cancel future renewal through the available account or billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise and does not itself refund an earlier charge.
Credits are limited, non-transferable digital units usable only within UncensoredView. They have no cash value, may not be sold or exchanged, and may expire as disclosed at purchase or grant. A task may consume credits when submitted or processed, including when a third-party provider has already incurred a cost. If payment fails, we may retry the charge and restrict paid features or subscription benefits.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
"User Content" includes prompts, uploaded or referenced images, instructions, settings, feedback, and other material you submit. You retain any ownership rights you have in User Content.
You grant UncensoredView and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, format, modify for technical purposes, and otherwise process User Content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service; comply with law; and enforce these Terms. This license ends when content is deleted from active systems, except where continued retention is legally permitted or technically necessary for backups, security, dispute resolution, or provider processing.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and legally valid consents needed to submit User Content and that our permitted processing of it will not violate law or another person's rights.
AI-generated output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, or similar to content generated for others. We do not guarantee that output is unique, factually correct, legally usable, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights.
You are responsible for reviewing output before using, publishing, or sharing it and for determining whether your use is lawful and appropriate. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use output generated for you. We do not claim ownership of that output.
You may not use the Service to:
Content being fictional, AI-generated, private, or labeled as parody does not excuse unlawful or non-consensual use.
We may use automated systems and, where appropriate, human review to detect abuse and protect the Service. We may refuse generation requests, remove content, limit model access, revoke improperly obtained credits, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, or cooperate with lawful investigations when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the Service, users, or others are at risk. We are not obligated to monitor all content.
UncensoredView and its licensors own the Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, excluding User Content, AI-generated output, and third-party materials. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are transferred.
Our names, logos, and marks may not be used without prior written permission. We may use feedback without restriction or obligation to you, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
The Service relies on third-party AI models, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, storage services, payment processors, and other services. Their products may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
We may add, remove, or modify models, features, prices, credit costs, usage limits, or the Service itself. We will give notice of material changes to paid services where required by law. We do not guarantee that every model, task, or feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or completed within an estimated time.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay amounts due, abuse the Service, or if continued operation is no longer commercially or technically feasible.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, payment obligations, and dispute provisions—will survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, preservation of content, successful completion of every generation task, or the accuracy, safety, legality, or usefulness of output.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UncensoredView and its affiliates, personnel, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, content, data, or business; or the cost of substitute services arising from the Service or these Terms.
Our total liability for all claims arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US$100.
These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UncensoredView and its affiliates, personnel, and suppliers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your User Content, your use or distribution of output, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of UncensoredView, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over the operator and the dispute will have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law permits you to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before filing a formal claim, you and UncensoredView agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice is sent to contact@uncensoredview.ai. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a small-claims process where available.
We may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
